(1) In order to be registered plan holder you must purchase a paper plan and proposal OR log into the eGram website listed above and download the appropriate bid documents.

All proposals must be on forms furnished by the Lyon County Engineer.  Sealed bid should be mailed to E.J. Moberg, Lyon County Auditor/Treasurer, 607 West Main Street, Marshall, MN 56258 and should be clearly marked as a sealed bid for the above mentioned projects.  Bids must be accompanied by a certified checks, cashier's check, or bidder's bond, payable to Lyon County Treasurer, for at least 5% of the amount bid.

The Lyon County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities thereof.
