Minnesota spends $ 2 Million a year picking up litter and that doesn’t count what cities and counties spend. (1) In order to be a registered plan holder you must purchase a paper plan/proposal set OR sign in to the eGram website and download the appropriate bid documents.
All Proposals must be on forms furnished by the Lyon County Engineer. Sealed Bids should be mailed to E. J. Moberg, Lyon County Auditor/Treasurer, 607 West Main Street, Marshall, MN, 56258 and should be clearly marked as a sealed bid for SAP 042-607-028. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier’s check or bidder’s bond, payable to the Lyon County Treasurer, for at least 5% of the amount bid.
The Lyon County Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities thereof.
