Sealed Proposals will be received until 11:15 A.M. on June 23, 2015, by E.J. Moberg, Lyon County Auditor/Treasurer in Commissioner Room #3 of the Lyon County Government Center, Marshall, Minnesota on behalf of the Board of Commissioners for the following:

2015 SEASONAL BITUMINOUS MIXTURE FOR PATCHING

Specifications may be examined at the office of the Public Works Director, 504 Fairgrounds Road, Marshall, MN. All Proposals must be on forms furnished by the Public Works Director. Lyon County will be advertising all construction projects on the Lyon County website; www.lyonco.org.   The Specifications may be requested by calling the Lyon County Highway Department at 507-532-8205. There is no charge. Sealed bids should be mailed to E.J. Moberg, Lyon County Auditor/Treasurer, 607 West Main Street, Marshall, MN 56258 and should be clearly marked as a Proposal for Bituminous Mixture for Patching. Each Proposal must be accompanied by a certified check, or bid bond, payable to the Treasurer of Lyon County, for at least 5% of the amount of the Proposal. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids.

ONE SKID LOADER

Specifications may be examined at the office of the Public Works Director at the Fairgrounds in Marshall, MN. Proposals may be ordered by calling the Lyon County Public Works office at 507-532-8205. There is no charge for the Proposal. For viewing purposes, the Proposal will be posted on the Lyon County website, www.lyonco.org. All Proposals must be on forms furnished by the Public Works Director. Each Proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, payable to the Treasurer of Lyon County, for at least 5% of the amount of the Proposal. The Bids should be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope, including type of equipment and time of bid opening. All bids should be addressed as follows: Lyon County Auditor/Treasurer, 607 West Main Street, Marshall, MN 56258. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
