The Lyon County Comprehensive Water Plan serves as the five-year "Work Plan" for the SWCD. Yearly plans are developed to achieve the goals and objectives of the Water Plan. The Yellow Medicine One Watershed One Plan covers the Yellow Medicine Watershed for 10 years.
